There are many Aupair Agencies on the internet, just google "aupair
agencies" and you will see. Many of them are members of different aupair
organisation e.g. British Aupair Association or International Aupair
association. Choosing an Aupair Agency based on the fact that there are
members of aupair association does not necessarily means that such
agency is reputable and will provide efficient service. Membership in
such organisation cost around £300 a year and any agency that have been
in a business for over a year is welcome to join. I have come across
agencies who were members of such organisation but did not follow their
guidelines so why join. Having a logo of aupair association on their
website, does not guarantee anything these days. If you are looking for
a good Aupair Agency phone around, ask them to send you their
information pack, look at their terms and condition of business, look at
the quality of the files of Aupairs and also check if all the Aupair
applicants have police checks, and medical certificate. It's definitely a
good idea to phone such Aupair Agency, have a chat with them, and ask
them for suggestion on how to chose a good aupair. I am sure that after
speaking to couple of Aupair Agencies, looking at their files of Aupairs, terms and condition of business, you will be able to chose a
good aupair agency.
